The last thing you want to worry about is trying to pull off a special celebration for your child, with stores closed and social distancing in effect. We have a solution!

We are here to serve parents by delivering a 60-minute Virtual Party experience that your child will remember for years to come. Our team can take care of every element that goes into planning your special celebration including – electronic invitations and customized party favor boxes, birthday cake and special gift delivery, party Activity Outline and more!

You will look like a birthday party hero and your Virtual Party will help honor the real heroes that are serving on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic. That’s right, in addition to hosting a spectacular Virtual Party, you will have the option of letting your guests donate in lieu of birthday gifts to a local non-profit organization Kids Meals, Inc. to help feed hundreds of children across Houston.

On the day of the Virtual Party

While you are doing something productive or relaxing, we will be delivering custom party favor boxes to you and to all your guests. We will also deliver any add-on options such as birthday cake with candles and décor.

We are happy to host your event or we can equip you with an easy to follow Activity Outline. Before you know it, your event will fly by and you will have successfully hosted the best Virtual Party Experience ever!

FAQ’S

What special measures are you taking with COVID-19?

We share the same concerns that you may have around COVID-19 and will go at length to ensure your items are handled and delivered with the utmost care by taking the following measures:

  • All preparation surfaces will be cleaned frequently with disinfectant spray
  • All items will be ‘quarantined’ for at least 24 hours before being packaged
  • In addition to best recommended hygiene practices, our team will be wearing latex gloves and face masks when handling and delivering your items
  • Customized favor boxes will be delivered to your doorstep – no contact

What if I have less than 6 guests?

If you will have less than 6 guests, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your party size.

What if I have more than 24 guests?

If you will have more than 24 guests, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your party size. Additional lead time may be required as well.

Do you offer co-ed Virtual Parties?

Absolutely! We consider some of our themes to be gender neutral including Superhero, Movie Night, and Lego Party. In addition, each theme was thoughtfully selected to have a gender counterpart (e.g. Pirate and Fairy) we will make sure to provide an activity outline that suits either gender.

What if some of my guests live outside of the areas your serve?

Great! Our parties allow for friends and family to join in on the fun from virtually anywhere! We are happy to arrange domestic shipping and will provide shipping rates and delivery expectations upon request.

What if some of my guests are not children (i.e. grandparents)?

We encourage you to invite non-children participants like grandparents or aunties and uncles! You will be able to provide them a Zoom link for the Virtual Party to join in on the fun. Just remember, a large number of participants may affect the overall quality of your internet connection and Virtual Party.

What if I must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances?

A deposit of $40 is required to book a virtual party and will be applied to your final package invoice. We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur and we will refund your deposit if you cancel your party at least 5 days prior to the event. If you cancel your booking with less than 5 days notice, we will work with you to find an alternative date to host your party or you may cancel entirely and forfeit your deposit.

What if ‘stay-at-home’ orders are lifted and I can host an in-person party?

We are monitoring ‘stay-at-home’ orders closely and are under the assumption that large social gatherings will still be a challenge for some time. If you wish to modify the format of your party, we are happy to accommodate you however we can to ensure you still host a great party!

What will the Activity Outline have on it?

Everything you need! The Activity Outline will equip you with a simple party agenda to follow, a scripted welcome statement that you may choose to read, instructions for your planned activity, and a departing message that you can share with your guests.

What do I have to do as a host?

On the day of your event, we ask that you call into your Zoom party at least 15 minutes ahead of the starting time. One of our team members will be there to walk through your Activity Outline with you and answer any questions you may have.

As the host, you will be responsible for welcoming your guests, introducing and facilitating the activity for the party, and gathering all guests to sing “Happy Birthday” to the birthday child.
